This super easy Honey Cinnamon Butter contains only 6 ingredients- most of which should already be found in your pantry! This sweet and fluffy butter is great on everything: muffins, pancakes, French toast, banana bread, the possibilities are endless! I prefer it on fresh-baked rolls- just like Texas Roadhouse!
Honestly, the cinnamon butter and rolls were the only reason we would go to Texas Roadhouse. That and the onion blossom (try this recipe for the onion blossom!)
Now we can make that sweet and delicious butter right at home, in only 5 minutes!
Ingredients Needed for Honey Cinnamon Butter
For this Texas Roadhouse copycat, you will need:
- Salted butter, softened
- Honey
- Powdered sugar
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla
- Salt
Unsalted vs. Salted Butter
For this recipe, I use salted butter. Use unsalted butter instead, but just be sure to adjust the salt content as needed.

Use pumpkin spice instead of cinnamon for a new spin on this classic butter!
How to Make Honey Cinnamon Butter
This recipe couldn’t be easier! Simply combine all ingredients and beat until fluffy and well combined. Easy peasy! The hard part is trying not to eat it all in one day!
My Mistake
I definitely made the mistake of spreading this yummy butter on a slice of fresh-baked banana bread. My whole world was thrown upside down because I’ve lived my whole life without this irresistible treat! I can’t wait for zucchini season so I can try this on zucchini bread! YUM!
How to Store
This butter can be stored in the refrigerator for one month (if it will even last that long!). Before serving, remove it from the refrigerator and let it come down to room temperature for easier spreading.
I prefer to let it sit on the counter for up to a week because it’s just so much easier to spread. When I want Honey Cinnamon Butter, I want it NOW! Sometimes I just can’t wait for it to be spreadable!

Honey Cinnamon Butter

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup salted butter softened
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
