These easy stuffed mini peppers make the best (and delicious!) alternative to potato chips and french fries. And between you and me, they make the healthiest midnight snack!
This quick and easy snack comes together in minutes. Simply cut the peppers, combine the cream cheese with garlic powder, and garnish with Everything Bagel seasoning- easy peasy!
Aside from being a healthy lunch snack or appetizer, these stuffed peppers are also perfect for parties, potlucks, and gatherings. Fill a platter with these colorful peppers and watch them disappear!
What is Everything seasoning?
Everything but the Bagel is only one of the best seasonings ever made! Everything Bagel seasoning is the perfect combination of black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, flaked sea salt, dried onion flakes, poppy seeds, and dried minced garlic. Besides making this snack extra delicious, it's also great on salmon, homemade bagels, and bread.
You can either buy Everything Bagel seasoning at the store or you can make it homemade.
Ingredients
To make these quick and easy garlic cream cheese stuffed peppers, you will need these four ingredients:
- Mini peppers
- Philadelphia cream cheese
- Garlic powder (optional)
- Everything bagel seasoning
Step-by-step instructions
Once the ingredients have been gathered, be sure to wash each pepper. Cut each pepper in half lengthwise and carefully remove all seeds and membranes.
In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the garlic powder (optional) until it's smooth and creamy. Then, stuff each cold pepper with the cream cheese mixture. Using the back of a spoon or a piping bag will make stuffing these peppers a lot easier.
Finally, garnish each pepper with Everything Bagel seasoning.
Sweet vs. bell
These raw mini peppers are actually sweeter than the average bell pepper. The flavor is just as vibrant as their colors and makes a healthy addition to any meal. Mini bell peppers are just so freaking cute and would also work as a great substitution for this recipe.
Whichever pepper you choose will still be an excellent source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, potassium, fiber, and folic acid.
Tips & tricks
Soften the cream cheese. Set out the cream cheese ahead of time. This will help make stuffing the sweet peppers a lot easier.
Make it extra garlicky. If you love garlic like I do, add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to the softened cream cheese.
Storage
Refrigerate: Store in an airtight container for up to three days. The seasoning will get soft in the refrigerator, so it's best to season with Everything Bagel seasoning when they're ready to be served.
Freezer: I do not recommend freezing these stuffed peppers.

Ingredients
- 1 lb mini peppers about 16
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional
- everything bagel seasoning to taste
Instructions
